Just got back from my local coin dealer and purchased 10 1 oz silver maple leafs for my kids stockings great idea I was trying to get kids interested
Right now, a generic 1 ounce silver round costs $25 to $30. Silver's highest price ever was $50 per ounce, and it hit that high mark only two times in the last 43 years. Just some perspective. As for mining stocks, only use the money you would take to the casino.
