Bull Tony, You are definitely one of my favorites. But this is not good. As long as corruption is rewarded we will never be ok. And the government seems to like holding people down and it is disgusting. Evidence is obvious but they don't care.
I hope they tell the truth about how Etherium got to be where it is today and how we the investors got trampled on!
I blame the judges at this point. Justice is not prevailing. The judges are not being ethical and I am not interested in this "fear of appeal" bull!

Tony, the SEC’s intention in this lawsuit was to lob a torpedo at Ripple and XRP in order to forward the interests of Ethereum and Bitcoin, to the benefit of Hinman and Clayton. Their primary mission is to cause maximum damage to Ripple and XRP while growing the value of Ethereum and Bitcoin. The outcome of the case, whatever it becomes is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, secondary in importance to the SEC.

Etherium POS is delayed until December 2022. The SEC v Ripple case is delayed until December 2022/March 2023. Just a coincidence?? The whole thing stinks.

Tony, I do/will remain bullish. Though I worked for the government too many years to believe there is not something nefarious going on with the SEC, Judges, Ex SEC officials and the companies they now work for. One thing I do understand is software, and software right now is what has given Ripple/XRP the advantage in crypto. Sadly, with the corrupt government officials, judges allowing every single delay possible by the SEC in SEC vs Ripple to push the conclusion well into 2023 will degrade Ripple/XRP. Though I will remain bullish I am very concerned BTC, ETH will soon figure out the software advantage Ripple/XRP has in the crypto market. With the advent of ISO 20022 and the continuous collusion by the government and ex officials, Ripple/XRP may not be able to recover/catch up with BTC & ETH. I know it sounds negative and it is, but I am in it to win it and will maintain my XRP to the end. I am simply putting a very possibly real outcome the current situation. And you are correct we are a victim of a Rug Pull.
The court is allowing this case to drag on under the reasoning of reducing options for the SEC appealing. The SEC is playing on that and the court is allowing that.
The sec wants a good verdict out of the library case to use in the XRP case.
