      This illustrates the difference between a "spin" and reality. If this were a real transition to electric we'd see significant infrastructure in place and EVs selling for $20-30K, but we're no where near that. Government can provide the foresight, but if the market isn't driving the revolution it will take 2 or 3 times longer, twice as expensive and really won't benefit citizens, only the "special interest groups" will win.

      If we magically can produce and all afford electric cars (and millions of batteries)…where is the electricity coming from to charge them? The people in the white house need to be ejected.

      Our so-called President, playing God, has admitted that that which was "transitory" now is a "transition" to get rid of fossil fuels replaced by electric (solar/wind generated) which has been revealed to NOT be sufficient at this time to replace oil/nucellar power infrastructure. For a paradigm shift (a new way) to come in, the old way must be in a state crisis. Our President and his administration has created this crisis, yet hasn't done any preparation for this transition. "For a paradigm to come in, though it would be slow gradual transition, at some point this transition would occur all at once or not at all. At this point in time, IT WILL NOT OCCUR, with this administration not having prepared for it. It will only create a worsening crisis as we see occurring.
