      Buddy, on the coindesk article about the bill, it says that they also want to drop taxing trading between assets and drop the first $600 in capital gains tax to make buying stuff with crypto less of a tax burden. Also says they want to create a tax exemption for IRAs. So this means no more capital gains for day-trading between different crypto and hello retirement account money.
