    1. The energy crisis is self inflicted what did European countries expected after putting sanctions in Russia, it sucks that normal citizens will have to pay the price for the actions of incompetent politicians.

    2. biden not permitting nord stream 2….and not being so weak that Putin felt comfortable invading Ukraine.
And Brandon should’ve negotiated peace rather than escalating the re taking of Ukraine into a war.

He knew the risks, but wanted a higher approval rating.

      Enjoy your expensive energy/food shortages😋

    3. Which president warned of Europe’s over dependence on Russian energy?
      Who was that again? 🤣
      (President Trump)

Who ok’d nord stream 2, escalated a conflict into a war? (Biden)

    4. The anchor seems to know a lot more than the expert Christy. Christy seems to lack in common sense. Scary that she was an energy official for a US president.

    5. Nothing can fix Europe's problem besides unzipping russia's pants and giving them a full on blowey. I have a daughter in Italy so this is unfortunate to me, but, it is what it is. Thank your governments.

    6. perhaps Europe should have listened to Trump three years ago instead of laughing in his face when he told them they were dependent on Russian energy

    7. It is not underinvestment in fossil fuel, it is underinvestment in nuclear. Germany needs to follow the lead of France. France is rushing to restart 32 reactors by this Winter.

BTW, the oil industry burns off a lot of natural gas, just to get rid of it. Perhaps we should make this illegal.

    8. Europe is dirt poor in energy, raw materials, agricultural resources, but want high living. Free ride based on cheap energy, metals, grains from Russia is over. German economic miracle AP was npbas

    9. Western "Experts" in total denial of reality. It only take ONE action to end Europe's energy crisis. Stop the economic War on Russia. Similarly, it only take one action to sort out the supply chain problems – Reject the USA economic war on China

    10. there is no energy crisis, Russia burning 10 million USD worth of unused gas EVERY DAY near the Finnish border. But the west decided to pay the cost of freedom, so pin the ukrainian flag onto your shirt and enjoy the western style of living while it lasts.

    11. Vivek is absolutely right. I live in the Netherlands, and Shell, from origin a Dutch company, has left the Netherlands to settle in the UK. This is because Europe as a whole has been treating fossil companies like Shell as parias, leaning so much to renewables that fossil fuel and investment in those sources have been made almost impossible. Because of this, Shell has been pulling back out of Europe as a whole, and investments in fossil fuels have been at an all time low. New fields are not searched for, or exploited. It is because of this that they have only themselves to blame.

    12. Imposed sanctions and refusal to negotiate peace., along withforcing the green agenda down down peoples throats without a feasible plan are the root causes. You’d think with the world rearing from disease we’d see some wisdom coming from our leadership. Instead they act like spoiled children.

    13. 😂😂😂😂😂 There’s not peaceful solution to this western world will suffer if they don’t take out all this old dumb politicians WINTER is COMING that’s all I have to say Russia 🇷🇺 keep up the good work

    14. Europe should walk the walk and go a few cold winters and have their factories shut down for 4 months every year. They are talking out both sides of their mouths when they say they are for green but they don't want to be cold.

    15. The reason for the energy crisis is framed as being out of our control, the war in Ukraine, but it is completely in our control because the cause was the voluntary Washington sanctions on Russia, not the conflict it self as constantly quoted as the cause of the energy crisis. Washington could end these sanctions today and humbly negotiate with Russia to resupply and there would be a good chance that they would have some success. It has absolutely no effect on the conflict as is merely a case getting over ego, admitting our strategy failed and reversing Washington’s destructive orders.

    16. (Edited to keep the conversation on topics, not personalities). Vivek Ramaswamy's positions is failing to make the distinction between immediate causes, strategic investments and immediate solutions. Either this is being done inadvertently or he is being intentionally misleading. Likewise, Christy Goldfuss's response seems to lump immediate solutions with long term investments. The most immediate cause for Europe's energy crisis is Russia cutting off supplies. The most immediate solution for this crisis is the LNG supply chain + whatever they can do to get things to become more efficient + scale up installation of available alternative energy sources. The long term solution is to get away from dependence on fossil fuels. That way, we don't have to defer power to a clutch of countries that have fossil fuels strictly because of a geographic lottery. An country that understands the European experience will realize that unless you are energy independent, you will have to listen to the dictates of those who have surplus energy. After the Russian experience, Europe will be foolish to depend on anyone else, including the USA. No one know which kook will become the next president because a lot of kooky things are happening there.

    17. Why does the G7 and EU move to impose a price cap on Russian oil seem to have destabilized the Kremlin more than the ceiling that Ursula von der Leyen said she wanted to impose a price Cap on the price of gas as soon as possible? There is a legal contract between the EU and Russia that is internationally recognized. The EU must practice exactly, what it preaches to the UK… you cannot renege on an International Contract….The EU addicts are panicking shouting Foul, when in reality they put themselves there decades ago and have done nothing to curtail Putin hold on the EU's Energy Security and Economies. Russia didn’t force the EU to import $1 BILLION A DAY in Fossil Fuels and Germany the greediest country in the EU, and by the way the Richest by a factor of 210%, takes 45% slice in those imports, all for itself. So much so they built a Pipeline directly from Russia into their country…… and then started building yet another pipeline between Russia and Germany……

Who are the fools and hypocritical on this critical issue? Who are the countries that have caused the Economic Crisis that spread so rapidly from Germane to the rest of the EU and onto the rest of the World……Russia "burning off gas by using economic weapon"it is a two way street world..grow up man….Gas will go up 400% is inevitable… Russia cut of gas is telling the unfriendly world there is no one way street in Russia World!!!Why has Russia stopped Gas supplies to EU…for punishing "EU support for Ukraine and unprecedented sanction on Russia"" whichever or whatever some country decided to stand up to EU stupidity of standing up a worthless and needless war by Russia and Ukraine proxy war by USA..Hungary stood up to protect its citizens and pushed back the EU Goliath. Good for Hungary. .Nations interest come first and cooperating is one thing. Forcing nations to comply with the dictates of UN-elected bureaucrats is wrong. Poland knows that no one cares about them. If they don’t stand for themselves, they will be destroyed by Germany and Russia again.EU unity is always on the line only in time of joy but in time of complicated affair history tell you self interest always come first !!

If we had a few more Orban in the EU 🇪🇺 we wouldn't be in the mess we're in.There are many developments in Geo-politics nowadays…..Good for Hungary and Poland.Central Europe should make a pact, they can easily be the most powerful economical force in Europe.they don't need the arrogant Germans,Dutch, French and southern European countries, for your invaluable reports about developments in Europe.

Anything that gets the EU into history asap gets my vote. The EU 'so-call unity' was not rooted in common economic survival or love for each other but are as a result of pressure and threat form the US and some EU political influencer against Russia. Such a unity was destined to fail and was NEVER sustainable. You see, each EU members has its different interest and needs and in this so-called unity, these interests and needs were not addressed or factored-in.Hence, this is or was a unity with a purpose ONLY to serve the interest of the US above their own interest and to their own detriment. They're now (seemingly) waking up to see where this so-called unity have led them and no one to help in this dilemma.

EU policies are unsustainable. How more cracks in this union how more I like it. With a little help of Frau Von der Leyen the European Union is collapsing.Poland is a beautiful country I have been there many times ! I Poland , Hungary, Czech Republic,Slovak, Rumanian etc should unite and leave the European Union. The plan moves forward ! 🙂

Finally EU coming to an end ..Bravo Poland Hungary.Perhaps large land grants are on the way to both nations as a way of settling the political problem to Russia of west Ukraine?Poland & Hungary have a over 600 Year long friendship, not a "suddenly" found one.Since Ger-money's mad illegal migration policies in 2015, Hungary & Poland made clear they will stand together whenever Ger-money & France try to force ANYTHING upon us.It's true because Hungary's recent actions regarding Ukraine & the barbaric Russian aggression, it cooled down quite a bit,BUT Poland & Hungary are still best friends & will continue to be friends. We don't have to agree on everything 100% all the time.

Central & Eastern Europe will do everything in our Power to stop Germany & France from building the ."United States of Europe" cos we value our freedom & independence more then anything.EU was always a mistake, not long before it crashes but will they value the euro in each Country ?Some Europeans coming to their senses. Now we know that Zelensky had come to an agreement with Pres Putin back in March and Boris Johnson scuttled it. I really cant see why anyone wants to keep giving their support to the Ukraine.Poland got their brain back…RUSSIA ❤ VICTORY

Poland are hoping to secure gas supply through Hungary ? 🤔A quick look in the last 100 of our history with Russia would put you straight. As an example what you just said is as if: Imagine someone told you, India will have "good" Relations with Pakistan or China…That is IMPOSSIBLE…In the International Contract, there is no place for adding a Price Cap…. an International Contract, should only be altered mutually….. after-all, that is what the EU has been crowing about for a year of more…… with Brexit….

    18. BREAKING NEWS: Christy Goldfuss is the named defendant in a slander class action lawsuit brought by a group of amoebas. Quote from Amoebas' lawyer: "My clients factually state that comparisons of Christy Goldfuss' IQ to their IQ has harmed and damaged their reputation. Each single-celled organism I represent looks forward to their day in court."

    19. She is so dumb. It’s remarkable we allow people like her speak with authority. We’re going back to the stone ages because of arrogant fools that think they can control the “climate” (people)

    20. I saw a research paper out of Africa, he linked ten five gallon buckets of dirt and got +/- 10 volts of electricity (that's 24/7 power production using dirt) which was linked up to batteries then run through a inverter to power a home. Ten plastic buckets? Diameter(top). 11.8 in. X 3.14 X 10 = 370.52 sq inches of surface area. How many sq inches surface area / acre of land? 6,272,640 sq in. 16929 of these ten five gallon bucket systems have a surface that equals to one acre. 169290 volts of electricity could be produced per acre of surface? Here is a low cost system of making electricity no complex equipment- low overhead. It is called an earth battery system?

    21. C lie mate change is the biggest lie sold to man this millinia. It has us so afraid we would rather freeze to death in the dark than burn some coal or build a couple of nuke plants. Who isn't believing these lies? Communist countries. Because they came up with it.

    22. UNEDUCATED UNPROFESSIONAL EUROPEAN LEADERSHIP IS THE MAIN REASON EUROPEAN PEOPLE'S SUFFERING FOR NONSENSE POLICIES…… EUROPE IS TASTING OWN TASTE OF SANCTIONS…. DON'T FINGER IN OTHERS PERSON BACK HOLE YOUR FINGER GET SMELLING AND NOW SMELL IT WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT…..

    23. Everyone is lying and working for oligarchs! All this is to steal people's money. Russian war is a cover up to all. All the oligarchs are profiting!

    24. Dumb argument , we should be saying the years wasted not moving to renewable energy is why we are in the spot we are same goes for most of Europe .. Go green fast and hard investment is key and we will move away from fossil fuel
