Doug Rice and Andrew Sanders, Co-chairs of HTNG’s Blockchain Workgroup, will lead a management-oriented webinar on “Blockchain 101.” The session will introduce the key concepts behind blockchain, why it was conceived and where it fits in the world of similar technologies. The session will outline common characteristics of all blockchains and differentiate public, private and consortium blockchain ecosystems.
As many global companies are investing in blockchain, both hospitality and non-hospitality use cases will be examined to focus on the potential applicability in hospitality and travel.
