The XRP smart contracts is not behind. They been up and running since 2014. Including stellar. It's already built. Waiting to be rolled out, on what ever excuse they use to roll out. The only one that has been talking about it was Crypto Hulk. Singapore was used to roll out all the gold back xrp and then shut down among other things. Ripples has been lie ing to everyone.

1. Ripple escrow and dump xrp on investors which is ethically very wrong.
2. All Ripple employees r paid by XRP
3. Ripple utility is nothing with Xrp price increases
4. This SEC V RIPPLE case eye wash. Under the table they r friends

This should silence anyone whoever said XRP is not for retail, more utility for XRP. I wonder what the economic model will be like if there is one?

V3 Hooks is supposedly exceeding their expectations which is great to hear. One of precompiled hooks is PEGGY which allows you to collateralize your own XRP backed stablecoin in your own hook. I find that very interesting bc it's a core DeFi primitive that will really help kickstart a DeFi ecosystem like DAI did on Ethereum few years ago
