Bitcoin price has not been doing really well lately infant the whole stock market, buying the dip isn't a tough call and it's a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. The good thing about the space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades, while confidently waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable. Most people do not understand how the space works. Charts won't guarantee what an asset is going to do. Prices are go up and down and despite the that, the market has been profitable to me. I've always played safe implementing trades with insights and signals from a pro trader Gary T Dunn. I made 8.3 BTC from the recent crash in the market within a period of two weeks.

So the going theory is that anything under Bitcoin and Ethereum is safe for now. However the Defi coin exchange stuff and the alt coin stuff is on standby notice to register or be penalized.
Of all the exchanges I felt that Coinbase was following the laws best it could. However listing all those other altcoins as a way to create transactions in their network may be an achilles heel.
Some of those coins allow for staking in Coinbase exchange and wallet and that why they where attractive.
