      Madam, Your explanations are very good….but request you to share deep knowledge…..as now a days every one is advising only….not by genuine heart…. As everyone says….ye stock Lelo….. MFs Sahi hai….ETF lelo….LIC me invest karo….FD me invest karo……etc..baad me disclaimer laga dete hai…..Lekin no body tells dark side of them…. As a innocent investor loss hard earned money….with very less returns….hence please share good genuine advise for betterment of Average family earner….and for safe investment….Thank You….

      Nifty 50 and sensex dono mein invest krenge to overlap ho jayega na portfolio , and you will end up investing in mega companies only , i think one should invest only in one kind of fund bw these ,,, correct me if i m wrong 😊

      That's all fine and dandy, but you haven't covered, something called "fund overlap". Most of these funds, have blue chips, which are common, case in point with Index funds, Nifty50 TRI, and BSE Index, and Bank Nifty TRI etc. So you can buy only either Nifty50 TRI or BSE Index, you can also ignore banks, but for shorter horizon (2025) they look good. Buy only three funds, keep it simple. You also haven't told that US ETF have a very high percentage of taxation. Those look rosy, but when they don't perform well and you need the money now, you get whacked.
