it was already foolish of you to begin with speculating this etf will pass. if you check your last vid i said "mark my words it wont pass" I guess you didn't mark my words. you do a whole lot of talking but no listening it seems. anyone who pays attention to LITERALLY ANYTHING going on around them as far as SEC goes, knows DAMN well a SPOT backed ETF is not going to pass right after the leveraged one just did.
