But if there's a big recession coming next year(that's what I believe), wouldn’t it be best to sell at some point this year and then buy again once the price drops? The BTC spot ETF is a crap. It would be great if never approved, but sooner or later it will get approved.
For people that really like Bitcoin, the ETF is undesirable and not really necessary. For people like you, that only want to profit and is mainly interested in shitcoins, it will be good to pump the market. But maybe it will pump and crash and people like you might get rekt and leave the market for the people really interested in making Bitcoin better.

They changed the laws in Portugal regarding to crypto this year. You need to held it for more than a year now and does not apply to income received by individuals or entities who are not tax residents in another member state
