The Crypto Eri channel is a place to learn about the top-performing digital assets and to educate yourself about the new digital global economy, blockchain, DLT, AI, decentralized finance (loans, yield mining, lending), mobile payments, Web 3.0, the Metaverse, digital ID, tokenization and other new and rapidly changing technological trends/and digital products that impact our world.

Because there is often an imposter in the comments that have taken my profile and name, comments will default be uploaded shortly after left to filter these bad actors. Sorry, many of us deal with these scammers who leave phone numbers and replies, which I would never do.

Thank you so much for watching.

Uh so hello everyone I’m Panos uh I’m From Grace uh for anyone who doesn’t know me uh I have an accounting and finance degree and uh I have been in crypto since 2016 in all these years I have been uh focusing on uh education uh trying to simplify things and uh of

Course fighting misinformation especially for xrp hey hey everybody it’s Eddie from Tokyo this is your cryptocurrency update from Japan and that intro was the most famous xrp Community member panis and well he was a guest on my channel just the other night and he is also part of the Builder

Series that’s going to take place at the wave of innovation event in Australia on the Gold Coast in March now if you can’t fly to Australia well then grab your virtual ticket for just $29 us you get both days Saturdays and Sundays that’s the 22nd and 23rd of

March I’ll put the link to the tickets in the description of this video okay for the world’s first smart contracts with The xrp Ledger I’m talking about the evm this is the ethereum virtual machine is coming right to your phone we’re going to talk about that and in

Addition to to some other great news the market is moving up into the right a 1.67 trillion global market cap and Bitcoin as usual is the Catalyst up over 43,000 Solana is over 100 with a 7% gain and it’s looking to take over the BNB Chain by market cap and for cardano Wow

Render say Ori vchain flare near Avalanche dot do Matic they’re all up significantly 3 to 6% xrp is still lagging at 53 cents just up 1.8% many validators have begun updating to the rle D 2.0.1 version and this is very good because we a win posted that today he installed the Ripple D

2.0.1 on the xrpl labs validator and some of the Full history pathfinding and submission nodes he’s closely going to monitor the performance and if all is fine in about one and a half weeks from now he says he’ll change his vote on the amm2 aay if you’re into monitoring all of the

Voting results for the Amendments go to xrp scan amendments and this is what you’ll find and you can see the clawback which was approved is now in this period of time that needs to hold those yay votes for it looks like nine more days 5 hours and 25 minutes to be officially approved

The column you want to pay attention to is the consensus because that is where you need to see how many people have voted and how close the amendment is to that 80% threshold before we talk about the smart contracts that are going to be bridged to The xrp

Ledger I want to have a little bit of housekeeping we should set the facts straight and I’m talking about the validators that are leaving the network I take offense to those saying that it’s fud do you really want me to be one of those unresearched type channels that

Tell you that I don’t worry about anything because Ripple’s going to take care of of an open source decentralized Ledger well if so then I think we say our goodbyes because this channel has always been about drilling down to the facts and let’s start with the one validator that is leaving called alloy

Networks this is not just a node but part of the critical infrastructure it’s one of three that provide a hub and the person that you see here on the right is Thomas silk he’s the founder of the blockchain analytics and forensics company they do AML compliance and he’s been a longtime

Member of the xrp community he’s a quality source and head of compliance at the xrpl foundation The Hub infrastructure assists the nodes in discovering new peers in a network and this is what a healthy connected Network looks like without large hubs the network becomes disconnected now do I think someone is

Going to step up and run this infra before alloy phases it out yes I do but in my opinion we should never be getting this close to interruptions let’s listen to a message from Panos I think in the process of being a validator you also learn more about the

Network itself uh you learn all about all the potential difficulties or issues that uh infrastructure providers May face especially in high activity periods we that we saw also some time ago and uh I think at the least the projects that are building on it or businesses that

Are relying on xrpl can do for the network is to run an OD validator so it’s it’s not that you know every Community or every Community member or every xrp holder should run one because you actually have to know some things to do that but uh I think

Right now we have at least a few hundred of projects on xrpl building so I think every single one of them should run a validator and it’s very important to have that support and uh you know increase uh the scalability of of the network and from Ripple a really big

Announcement in the last 24 hours EA has partnered with ripple to educate developers on the xrp ledgers integration with evm evm is the ethereum virtual machine and that will support new decentralized applications daps and other use cases this is the world’s leading web3 education app and the ethereum brings programmability Ripple is specifically

Focusing on expanding programmability and they’re going to tap into the 750,000 developers that learn in these bized modules now Ripple is partnering with piest and they have developed a brand new blockchain so understand this is a brand new chain that’s going to be able to do an integration and this new ethereum chain

Will now be delivered to your phone so you can integrate with The xrp Ledger yep IOS and Android this is why David Schwarz the CTO of Ripple is going to eth Denver and he will unveil this interoperability with the ethereum network I wonder if we’re going to see him dance on

Stage now in order to activate this new ethereum side chain it has to launch with the xchain bridge Amendment passing and that is an amendment that is in the voting process and you can see the consensus right now is sitting at about 22.86% eight Ys and 27 Nays if you want

To know more on how this cross Chain Bridge works the xls-28 D on GitHub is the place to go I’m going to leave you with a little fluff and that is an account that is on X called Japan trail cam and yeah it’s what you think it is a camera set on the

Trail to capture bear bore buck and Badger along with a very rare Tanuki the Tanuki is not rare in numbers but it is an animal that is very nocturnal and it’s been around in folklore since ancient times in Japan so enjoy a little video that was

Uploaded just a couple of days ago and until next time do take care sign our for now bye-bye

    1. All this new expansion without additional XRPL capability is dangerous.
50 TPS brought the XRPL to its knees.
Still no Eri interview to get the validator perspectives.
When Weitse Wind is still in the AMM NO camp, the community deserves to know Weitse Why.

    2. HI .. i wondered if David Schwartz or any other Ripple developers are aware of , or have commented on.. or addessed this issue of people running nodes leaving ? And thanks for all you do …

    3. Becoming a good trade takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to find myself a good expert. 2 years later and i am glad i made that decision.
