base airdrops could be the next big thing to make money in the cryptocurrency market so in this video I want to cover some potential airdrops for you coming to the base Network we’re going to go over all the reasons why of course airdrops on the coinbase base Network could be the next big thing to make money in crypto so in this video I want to cover some potential air drops for you now look we went over all the reasons why you should be paying attention to the base Network in a previous video you can go check that out you’ll find a link in the description if you did miss that video it’s definitely worth watching if you want to understand the thesis of why Bas is going to be so bullish because establishing why it’s important for you to interact with a bass network can give you some reassurance as to spending your time on these things anyway to be clear Bas network has not released any tokens I want to make that really clear guys there is no base token to buy however Bas Network could eventually have a token as part of its governance model coinbase keeps saying no but maybe it really means a yes and any interactions on base could count towards that but we just don’t know if a simple oneandone projects to defi daps they need to check in on occasionally to follow along of course you’ll need to already have set up an ethereum wallet like Phantom or metamask bridged funds over to base using the base Bridge or withdrawn ethereum directly from coinbase or other eligible changes only one project is an exception to this Rule and doesn’t require that you’ve already funded a base wallet more on that in a minute also before we begin no one has paid to be featured here airdrop farming also uh using your money can be risky these are new protocols you can lose all of your money kick things off get into the alpha let’s start with a lending protocol called asaria powered by the starport protocol asaria is an open network for Lending that uses fixed rates to give users a loan that you transmit you’ll earn an additional 100 points this is limited to only one borrow or loan per 24hour period once you’ve created an intent to borrow or loan you will then receive the 100 points this transaction will be located on the same Market page until it’s been filled you can keep track of all of your current loans on the platform using the my loans tab at the top create a few dollars worth of loans and then repay those loans every few days to start racking up some points toward an aaria airdrop that’s number one number two is called friend pet this is one of the newest games to claim a place on the base Network easy to pick up and hard to master as they say this little action adventure game is something that’s accessible to everyone thanks to a no wallet required sign up process head to friend Pet’s website and choose the log loin option to get started now if you don’t have any funds on base yet then you can choose the login with email Google Twitter or apple option this will then create a wallet a base wallet for you so you can choose the bridge option on the next screen to be able to send some funds over from an ethereum wallet or again withdrawing from coinbase wherever uh participating exchanges to your base friend pet wallet now if you already have eth on a base wallet choose continue with a wallet and instead so you don’t have to go through that process after logging in you’ll be greeted with the following screen hit the claim and mint button to generate your friend pet this will cost around six cents to complete now that you have a pet it’s time to understand how the game actually works each pet starts with a time of death oh sounds a bit Grim I know but anyway stick with me this starts when you mint your pet at three days if this timer gets to zero your pet is dead to expend this timer you will need to play the game and complete battles and all other kind of stuff or your friend Pet’s going to die guys you don’t want that to happen the other option is to pay a150 into to feed your pet a mushroom this then extends your time of death in additional three days pick the explore tab at the bottom of the app to begin your first quests here you’ll want to start by clicking the gum ball machine and claiming your first prize you can win additional uh defense and attack points or different gear for your pet this way but there’s also a chance that you win nothing classic right after the gumball machine pick the wheel in the top right corner and take a spin friend pet operates using points with each fight requiring 100 points to complete so if you don’t spin yourself some points in the first time then you’re going to need to come back in 24 hours and try again once you have some points this area will then change and give you the option to fight other pets pick the lowest defense pet to begin with obviously pick on the weak guy right battle the opposing pet by signing transactions these will cost only a few cents per action whether you win or lose doesn’t really matter once the battle has ended then you’ll be put on a 30 minute timer before or you can actually go out and battle again choosing the map icon opens up the world of friend pet here you can see all of the bosses and the progression system built into friend pet with each new challenge requiring a set amount of gold and points choosing the swap menu will take you over to the Token functions of friend Pet Well the game does have an F P token available for purchase this isn’t a requirement to play however it will help you to boost your earnings in the game so there’s that maybe it’s worthwhile for people who really want to play the game instead what I want to bring to your attention though is the rewards section here is where we can turn all our in-game actions into free tokens as you level up your pet it will accumulate points at any point you can burn these points points and turn them into ethereum interesting right just keep in mind that when you do this your pet’s level is reset to zero okay using this eth can help you to buy FP tokens which of course will boost your pet and allow you to earn even more points now this works because of two mechanisms operating on Fret first is the reward system this system distributes FP tokens to players regularly uh according to the amount ount of points that a pet has actually acquired the second reason is because of friend pets stake tolay mechanism by using FP tokens in the game or by staking them you’ll be refunded 100% of all tokens used within 30 days so if you stake or use 30 FP to upgrade your pet then you’ll receive one FP per day in your wallet you can earn points to increase your your rank and to earn FP by staking winning battles uh defeating bosses spinning the wheel simple solution for anyone who doesn’t have the time or just the patience to spend on some of this airdrop farming stuff particularly when trying to farm base more broadly something I’m a fan of and uh I’m currently using farm base just a little bit eth by the way not like crazy amounts of money but farm base offers automated farming and tracking for air drops on base this system also prevents you from getting accidentally disqualified when mixing multiple addresses in one project the only real downside to farm base is that you’ll need a minimum of 0.1 ethereum which is around 300 bucks connecting your wallet to farm base will take you to the dashboard here you’re going to need to choose create wallet in order to get started then you’ll have two options set up a free wallet and receive 25% less of any airdrops received or choose a premium wallet for an additional $25 a month and keep all the airdrop received choose whichever one fits the best based on your capital and whatever your kind of idea is here and you can also create a free wallet and upgrade to premium later on if you like so if you just want to try it out which well currently what I’m doing I’m just trying it out I’ll probably upgrade a premium later anyway I suggest taking note of the warning shown after creating wallets that’s because it is important of course to keep your usual wallet separate from your farming wallet to do this it’s recommended that you send eth directly from an exchange okay so you can click on deposit eth when you’re ready this will give you yet another warning about mixing funds and letting you read the wallet funding guide so once you click understood then you will generate an ethereum address as noted make sure you only send eth to this address nothing else no token no stable coins any that stuff right if you sent your eth using the base Network then you’re good to go if you sent it using the ethereum network then you have one final step left and that is choose the bridge funds option uh next to the deposit eth and then Bridge your eth on ethereum over to the base Network now once you have at least 0.1 eth in your base wallet it will begin farming automatically for you so just set it and forget it this will begin moving your eth across a bunch of different projects and protocols currently operating on the base Network this happens every 10 days with the free version and every five days for the premium users whenever you want to remove your funds back out you simply use the withdraw option in your wallet and you’re good to go by going premium you will gain access to the private key of your farm base wallet letting you claim all of any air drops that you farm free users will also need access to the airdrop section of the dashboard to claim any allocations received by their farm-based wallet so there you have it I know it’s a lot I know it’s a lot to take in but airdrop farming requires work okay and those are five of the best aird drops that we’re looking at right now me and the research team on the Bas Network so well nothing is 100% guaranteed with airdrops obviously you can do all this and get nothing or get all at the end of the day but these do have some interesting potential for early participants looking for those airdrops on the Bas Network you don’t have to do everything but you will need to do something if you want the
