Myself, got out of the Army and attending school using gi bill and getting MHA. My wife never in the military got some of my benefits because I transferred some so she can finish school. We both are going to school full time. Since I transferred some of my gi bill to her can we both receive MHA? Again i’m separated and she was never in the military and we both are using gi bill. Can we both get MHA? Thank you

Yes because you are a veteran, she will be paid MHA – doesn’t matter if you are using your Post 9/11 GI Bill at the same time or not.
Doubt it. Cause if you transferred it and you were still in; you wouldn’t have received your MHA and BAH.
