My spouse will be moving to Hawaii a month ahead of us. Then going tdy off island and then will take leave to come get us.
How does the tla rate work for this? Do we get the same rate the entire time or will it fluctuate?

Why is he going a month ahead of you? Assuming these are PCS orders and you’re choosing to stay behind (accurate?), you lose most entitlements.
