Other driver insurance decide Im not fault what is next?

Hi, another driver insurance is accepted that it was their fault in accident. They sent to me rental car place and this is it. Im first time in the situation like this, I cant understand what is manager saying to me because of her accent. I dont understand what to do with repairs, when we need to go and how the insurance going to cover our payment check. She is texting to me but when I am texting to her she doesn’t answer, only on the calls when I cant understand what she is saying…
Is anyone had experience what to do after insurance decision, how to make a repairs? Will they pay straight to dealer or to me and when?
