So i was recently in a car accident about a month ago and I hired Morgan and Morgan to represent me. Man do i regret it now because they decided to drop and close my case due to the at fault driver not having any bodily injury coverage and according to them they cant do anything on their end to help me. I'm really frustrated because now i have medical bills from receiving treatment that THEY REFERED ME TO. I'm planning on calling my doctors to cancel further appointments/treatment. I simply can't afford them. Any advice would really be appreciated.
I'm located in the state of Florida and have State Farm if that's any help. Thank you in advance.

That’s the risk you take when jumping to a lawyer too soon and especially using a lawyer that steers your treatment plan. Theres not much you can do other than sue the other party. Did you max out your PIP? Do you not have health insurance?
