6 Figure Trash Company in 30 Days

You want to help us start a trash company with me?”

In 48 hours Scott builds a simple website. Not only that he adds this genius marketing strategy of offering incentives like free t-shirts for anyone who referred new sign-ups and for every 10 neighbors someone convinced to prepay, they would get their first month free.

This guerrilla launch strategy led to $15,000 in sign-ups.

With the initial cash he purchases 200 trash bins on Facebook Marketplace along with securing funding for a $40,000 garbage truck.

Within a month, Scott's newly-minted trash hauling operation was ready to roll.

Right now Scott is on track to make $169,000 in ARR but with an expansion in place we are looking at $400,000.

If the initial traction is any sign, this trash startup born out of frustration could spark the beginning of something bigger.
