My husband is currently stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA and is planning on buying a vehicle while he's out there. We are currently not stationed together. He is a resident of NJ and I am a TX resident. Is it possible for us to register the vehicle in either NJ or TX? Is he able to register the vehicle in TX even though he isn't a TX resident and the car is also registered in my name?
