Been hearing this term a lot recently and I don't really see much online about the topic. I hear it's a defining trait in a calm level headed leader and wanted to know what you knew about the topic.
I guess it means staying strong and not whining amidst the uncertainties of running or starting a business

I think it is about having that aura when you do some minimal things, Getting things done effortlessly. They see someone who is on a higher level with that level of confidence.
