I've been thinking about this for a while now. For context I'm a Developer.

And here are my thought. Please let me know if this makes sense or if I have missed anything out.

Step 1 = Buy Domain and Build Website on WordPress. Add services and succes stories. ideally single page. To launch fast and test.
Step 2 = Set up Analytics and pixels. Also get email ids for warm up.
Step 3 = Use TryTelescope Ai to build a high quality list of leads that match my customer profile. And then I download the list as CSV.
Step 4 = I connect the CSV to Instantly Ai and send campaigns.
Step 5 = Monitor and make the process better. A/B for email copy.
Step 6 = Retarget the people visiting my website with social proof (Video Testimonial)

Please let me know if this make sense, or am I missing anything out?

Has a freelancer how do I expand out of Upwork,Fiverr and build my own brand?

I just started over a year ago and here is advice I’d give for the first step of your process. In WordPress, if you’re going the doing-it-yourself route, it’s best to learn how to override templates. Ex: [https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/a-guide-to-overriding-parent-theme-functions-in-your-child-theme–cms-22623t](https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/a-guide-to-overriding-parent-theme-functions-in-your-child-theme–cms-22623t)

Most themes in WordPress have a free tier but become quite unusable for your use case if you have to customize anything and that is what child themes can help you with.

I’m also a developer and the way I got this to work is to install WordPress on docker then browse threw the parent theme and modify the files I wanted to change in the child theme. Then using Win SCP, I could upload the theme to my WordPress site without having to do tests on the production build.

I know this doesn’t quite completely answer the original answer, but these are things that I wish I had known before building my first WordPress site.

I also set up analytics with google tag manager [https://tagmanager.google.com/](https://tagmanager.google.com/) and used Google Search Console to try and optimize the SEO and track my website search results.

It’s not easy to grow beyond platforms sometimes. But you have to think about it as starting a business. All the same rules apply even if it’s just you. Market research, branding, etc all matter. You have some clients and reviews to back you up. But your “brand” is non existent beyond that. So partnering with other companies to gain more exposure is great. I’d be happy to help you out more specifically based on your services if you want to DM me. I work with startups and small businesses daily to build their plans and grow. I may even have some work I can pass off to you that we don’t have time for.
