I’m curious & new to the homebuying scene. Ex. I get approved for a 600k loan from 1 lender buy a duplex for 300k as an investment property. Can I use the reminder to buy a single family home? From the same lender? Or that would have to be from a different? Or do I have to wait entirely before using a 2nd va home loan for primary residence. Advice please.
can you use more than 1 va home loan at the same time?

You can hold more than one home on your entitlement, but you do have to purchase a primary residence.
