About my self and my business:

    I’m 23 y/o (not from the us)
I won a Residential building management business, I actually don’t know how it’s called in English..

Basically I am a tube, I collect money from residents of buildings and I provide cleaning services, pay elevator insurance’s, pay electricity bills and the list goes on..

I’m proud to say that I am really good at what I do and and I provide really good services BUT there is a problem, I feel like I’m not a good business man, I mean I do know how to negotiate with customers and with suppliers and I do get really good prices and deals, but I feel like I’m missing something, there is so much money in my monthly revenue (about 130000$), I feel like I can leverage it and do something good with it, but how?

That’s where I lack, I always want to just get a bigger “salary” for myself, but I just know I’m missing something, how do I change it? How can I invest this money?

    Thanks!

I have a business but have the mind of an employee

    1. Most property management companies in the US charge at least 15% to handle these things

It sounds like you’re just an employee, though – so not making that full %

Which probably also means you don’t have the empowerment to “play around” with the companies money in any way

      So, ask for a raise

Then put as much aside as you can and look at duplexes or quad or apartments nearby that you can manage directly and collect that full % for yourself
