Is it a good idea at all ? I consider giving a 1$ gift card (either, paypal or a cheap steam key) for a certain number of likes, to induce people to subscribe, share and like my video ? My channel will focus on tech products.

Tell them not to spend it all at once too!
First, bribing people to consume your content is never a good idea. If you do, they’ll drop you as soon as the bribe is over, because that’s all they’ll value the content for. You want them to value the content for what it contains and what it can give to them. Far better to spend that dollar on making the best content you can.
Second, even if bribes were a good idea, a dollar is hilariously cheap and wouldn’t get you even close to a quality audience. Think about it – is the kind of consumer who jumps through hoops for a lousy dollar also the kind of consumer who will pay for your product? Very, very unlikely.
Third and finally, you said in another comment that you’re broke af. So don’t waste your money like this.
Tl;dr terrible idea, don’t do it.
