I was checking my les today and I saw an advance debt of 13360$. While i checked the remarks I saw that dfas is asking for 3 and a half month worth of BAH back. During the same time while i was divorced. I tried to get my CNA paperwork together but got busy with field and was also getting a run around from the person who was in charge of cna paperwork. At the end I was told I don’t have to since I was getting married soon again I am good to js bring my marriage certificate and divorce decree and the army will js ask for the dependents difference back. But now i am seeing that they r asking for the whole thing back. What r the chances that if I drop a remission packet and still agree to pay dependant differences that it will get approved?
