Accept micro payments

Hi there, I am currently evaluating a business idea but lack some resources.

I need to accept online payments for offline services. The issue is, that the transaction amount is rather low between 0.50 and 5.00.
if I would accept 50 Cent, the fixed cost of the usual providers would leave me no margin.
Is there a special provider with no fixed cost per transaction?
