Hi everyone,
A few months ago, I started a project with a partner to build an event discovery app. We found a gap in our country where there isn’t any available and people aren't using Facebook Events. Recently, we added two technical co-founders to our team since neither of us have programming skills. We’ve just begun working on an ERD diagram as we prep for our MVP.
Here's where I need your advice: During the development phase, how can we, the non-programmers, be most helpful to the project? We want to contribute meaningfully and support our technical partners.
So far, I’ve considered various ways to support the project, but I wanted to know your opinion. We’ve done our market research but I’m sure there’s more we can do. How can we contribute to business strategy, marketing, user experience, or any other non-technical aspects? Any recommendations on books or resources to expand our knowledge are also appreciated!

Excepting the marketing you could help by putting yourselves in the place of the users. Test the application and provide constant feedback about things that don’t make sense or things that were omitted in the initial plans (I can’t tell you how many times I had to update my ERD because I didn’t think something thoroughly)
