Hello all, Pics attatched above casue. this is Reddit- Proof!

so small story, i followed someones advice from a subreddit and managed to build my company from 0-125K in monthly projected revenue and 50 customers serviced every single month in just 4 months, and i wanted to come and give back since i learned so much from the groups. Feel free to PM, or comment with any and all questions and ill answer as many as i can! The following are some insight and tips that i have learned through my experience

Marketing- in order of best avenue for client aquisition

1-Face book Groups- I post in our local FB groups WEEKLY per their rules, consistency is key here, with out fail weekly for us.

2- Word of mouth (this may seem obvious_ but if you have very high standards and do a good jon , your customers will tell their friends, we cleaned one woman who gave us 5 of her friends for example.

3- DOOR HANGERS, we have a 3-4% return rate on these which is on the higher end, on the weekends i will go walk around neighborhoods and hang these up on doors when i can. and an added benefit is this is considered canvassing , NOT soliciting.

4- FB ads- i dont think this is worth it, we prob spent 100-150 bucks and only got 3 clients from this..

    Hiring Workers

MAKE A PROCESS- for us they come to my home and are paid for their time to clean a room or my entire home (standard pay rate for my company starts at 17 an hour). Then we review the job share insight and then for about 2 weeks they go on a clean w a trained person and that person cehcks behind them and gives me the green or red light if they can start going alone on jobs. invest in the good cleaners, we have a woman who BUSTS HER ASS for us, so we pay her well and give her a lot of jobs.

Pricing -FIGURE OUT FLAT RATE PRICING! do not do per hour. If you charge 45 an hour and a clean only takes you 2 hours. should you be punished for being efficient? no…. figure out a per sq foot cost or a bedroom/bathroom combo.

    • Get pricing from your competition on your own home, and see where you fall, adjust according ly. Dont sell ppl on the price, but the experience / result.

    Random tips

    • Use COMMERCIAL products (zep) and supplies(backpack vac, steamer) if you can afford it

-Do walkthroughs… meet them in person, i feel its more personable then a video walkthrough or a text / phone call
