Was the last $spx 13 years a bull market?

Am backtesting some $SPX 7DTE stratiges staring of 01-01-2010 to precent (1Hour frame) on TOS

This is the max date i can see on TOS, i dont know why they dont offer earlier dates..

The qustion is: how do you guys look at this period (2010-2023) , bull or bear market? Am realy confused🤓

From my POV its bull market and i dunno what period that covers both bull and bear market to perform a good backtest .
