Commissioned as an Army Officer and I’m curious as to when MyPay will populate with up to date info. It currently has me listed as a ROTC completed cadet and I’m unable to change my means of direct deposit (looking to have the army pay me to a new bank, unable to do this until it populates that I’m a commissioned officer)

If you’re active duty I know it’ll be created once you start BOLC or Cadre for AC. Don’t know about reserve and guard.
