Bollinger band squeeze for strangle

As the title suggests. I have been trying to use this strategy on 1min timeframe and on 0DTE as the premiums are low. As the volatility decreases(Bollinger band squeeze) after a certain time I buy a strangle.
As soon as there are some spikes in either of the side I sell the strangle. I grab few points. By this strategy the returns are not very high but the loss is also low. Would love to hear your views on this
