Toilet supply line broke last Monday and flooded my whole bedroom upstairs. I called the insurance but adjuster couldn’t come down until next Tuesday. I asked him if my contractor could putting out equipments and drill few holes on ceiling and walls to help with drying and prevent mold. He said yes as long as we have original pictures before any demo. I just came back to check on their work and these guys cut 1/4 of my ceiling and some of my walls. Now I’m afraid insurance will deny my claim even though i have proof (pics, video, broken part). What are your thoughts on this ?
