So when I first got my insurance, it was previously covered by my dad. I haven't lived with him for years (he got visitation in the divorce and I never stayed longer than a weekend with him) since I was a kid. I tried to correct it when I started my own policy through the same company, but they just put him back on. They should have noticed that I don't have the same address as him. I wanted to put my mom down as I live with her and my work is even 5 minutes from there so I have no reason to stay somewhere further away. I think I remember having brought this up when talking to the agent in the beginning. Even stated that I don't live with him and in turn would like to add my mom and why. They never did add my mom and I still have my dad on there. What should be done about this? Any advice?

    Additional info-
I have been paying for this insurance for almost a year and a half now. My mom has her own car and does not drive mine, but I heard legally that when you share a house/address that those drivers must be on your insurance. My brother does also live here and he is on my insurance as my other driver. He had his own car up till an accident. I have been playing chauffeur for him till he gets a new car. He was also covered by our dad in the past, but I think he was paying for his own before the accident. I had also told the agent that (at the time) all people at my house had their own cars and we didn't share cars.

They put my dad as a driver but he lives like an hour away from me
