Hi everyone,
I run a small business and we've been using Mailchimp for our email marketing for a while now. While it’s been okay, I’m starting to feel like we might need something that better fits our needs, especially as we grow. I’ve heard about Brevo and a few other tools, but I’m curious about what else is out there.
Has anyone here switched from Mailchimp to another platform? What alternatives do you recommend, and why? I’m particularly interested in tools that offer good automation features and are cost-effective.

I will recommend you use getresponse.com that’s what I usually use for my clients.
Sendgrid
There‘s so many tools by now that all kinda do the same.
I dove into it a while ago and set up sendy for a basic newsletter and it is fantastic, though I don’t think it’ll fit your needs.
While on the search I read a lot of good things about Klaviyo

ConvertKit
It depends what type of business you run, if you’re an ecom brand you’ll get the best ROI from using Klaviyo
Sendgrid by Twilio. I currently only use their API to handle form submissions via email, but try have a vast amount of tooling.
