So, I got out this last 15th and for the last 3.5 years, I havw been underpaid. Came from Army Reserves and did 5 years active on that component. Came into active back in 2020 and when I arrived at Fort Benning, a lot of us found out that our TIS was all messed up. We were all told that once we get to our duty stations that we would get our times adjusted.
Well, that wasn't the case and I have yet to get my time fixed. I am out, but before I left, I talked to the retention NCO and he FINALLY submitted the forms needed.
How long should I wait until I see the back pay that I am owed and if nothing happens in the next monthx should I just go to division and bring this issue up?
