Wondering if anyone has any advice on the VA assumption process.
We are selling our home to a VA eligible buyer, who will assume the loan. We are moving for work and will need our eligibility to clear to purchase our next home.
Has anyone done this? How soon were you able to put in offers on your new home? I know that assumptions can be lengthy but I’ve already read on here that some people have successfully completed in 45 days. Does anyone have advice on how to keep the process going in a timely manner?
