I'm kind of all over the place trying to do this. Other people who are doing everything by themselves from Planning, Development, testing, deployment, marketing, sales ,strategy, networking , launching, content, etc. How do you do it? Are there any frameworks that help you progress in all areas without going crazy? My focus is really scattered right now and after working the whole day I feel I have achieved nothing.

A lot of people say create a to-do list and its easy to say but hard to follow. I use certain platforms to help me with the creation of the to-do list and reminders in between. Plus I have an accountability partner who I told to behave like the devil’s advocate if I’m seen slacking and I give a report at the end of the day

It might be a case of the end-of-the-month “crazies” I like to call it.

We all go through it, just have a process in place to know how much you need to do each day to feel content. Some days you’ll feel content with that list, other days you will not.

With that said, I am also not doing everything alone. If you’re lucky to outsource work to build your team, do it immediately. Even if it means you make less, you maintain sanity.

      I hope this helps!

    3. For me being realistic of what I can accomplish each day and being consistent does the trick.

I have a ‘work for 4 hours on side hustle’ policy outside of my main work which really helps
