    1. Myth. The best way is to be in a country with elemental human rights, or contributing to turn your own country into one.

Sometimes I don’t work more than an hour or so a day.

Sometimes I’m literally working from the time my eyes close from the time they open again, and if I go to the bathroom middle of the night, I check my phone so still working lmao

It depends on what phase of the plan I am in.

When your profit is 50k or more for one deal that’s sealed with a call or email its hard to just say oh I’ll answer that later. Later can mean they go to someone else.

That being said I feel very fulfilled. I take my kids all over the world, we have a really really nice life. We spend a lot of time together more than most so I guess I’ve got a good balance?

      Reality.

It wasn’t easy, and I almost killed myself working, but in the past 2 years I:

      – Moved my wife and 3 kids from USA > France. Always aiming to be a better father and partner.
      – Work only the selected hours I decide. I make exceptions for exceptional people only.

      – Fence professionally and work out 3 times a week for mental health

      – Heavily rely on referrals and established testimonials. These are MASSIVE for my [biz](https://www.24hour.design).

      – Perform organic outreach, for my site, does 10k – 20k free, ads for more

      – I teach my self languages as a fun hobby (French, Mandarin).

Honestly, I couldn’t ask for more. I don’t get a [ton] of sleep because all of my kids are under 6, but I am pretty fucking happy, and no one can tell me otherwise!

      Just my own perspective.

I feel, If you really internally view ‘work’ and ‘life’ as equally important pillars for your life, you will find a way to balance both. For me, I don’t admire people who sacrificed all other pillars of their life to be successful in one. I don’t aspire to be like that so I try to maintain my life accordingly.

    5. The fulcrum point of work / life balance is different for everyone. I am working 65 hours a week, but still have time for my family, friends, 12 step recovery program and recreation.

It’s amazing what you have time for when you don’t waste your life scrolling through TikTok videos.

It’s easy to let work spill over into personal time, especially when you love what you do. But having a set schedule helps. I made a rule – no work emails or tasks after 7 PM. This gave me evenings to unwind and recharge.

Work-life balance isn’t easy, but it’s definitely not a myth. It takes deliberate effort and constant adjustments, but it’s possible to achieve a fulfilling career and personal life.
