I’m starting a business in a field where there are massive mega corps that I believe will eventually want to acquire my business. I won’t go into the details, but I was wondering if there are any books or resources that focus on building a business in a way that makes them acquirable?
Any resources on building a business to get acquired?

Without you going into to much detail – I would focus on making a ton of money and/or providing a product with a patent that someone else wants/needs to help make their business more successful.
