Underpaid PPM – Wasnt reimbursed for the weight in one of my vehicles

Recently PCS'd and I turned in all my paperwork to transportation. Included the weight tickets for the 26 ft penske, and my f150 along with its registration. They reviewed it and gave me a go. Got reimbursed yesterday and I checked the travel voucher on mypay. They only reimbursed me for the weight of the stuff in the penske, and not for the 800lbs of my stuff that was in my POV. I have the weight tickets to prove it, just wondering whats the process like, and how long will it take to get the money I'm rightfully owed? I plan on calling DFAS tomorrow during normal business hours.
