HELP !! need new auto insurance Orange County/CA!! 1 accident

I was in an accident 02/2022 and was at fault their car had damages and my car was totaled the driver had some injuries my insurance paid them the police and emt told me there’s an accident on that intersection everyday (there are two traffic lights on an up going hill and they said that people always confuse the lights because at some point it seems like they line up) then I didn’t have a car so I didn’t have insurance anymore and I drove my family members cars they have full insurance which covered anybody borrowing their car now I just got my own car 2021 Nissan Sentra I’m 23 I had my license since I was 18 and I need insurance however I just found out many insurers left California and the price for a new policy is extremely high, many insurers are not accepting new policies… I knew my insurance would be pricey due to my accident but I wasn’t expecting more than 400$ for basic full coverage I know many people who have DUI’s / Tickets / Accidents and pay less than what I’m being offered all I have is that one accident .. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?? Please
