So, I have been in the service for a while. I started in the Guard, then active duty, then AGR Guard, then Reserves. In there there is over 20 years of active duty. Five year stint once, 10 years stint, and 12 years. Then some three or five years of ADOS. I am currently an IIR Soldier on active duty going through a medical board. By the time my current order end I will have 12,348 points.

I can't get an answer as how my retirement pay will be calculated. Non-regular retirement or active service retirement? Do they just add all the points and divide by 360? Do they pull out the active duty years and multiply by 2.5 and then divide the remaining points by 360 and add the total years? Do they just divide the who thing by 365?

Anybody gone though something like this? This 1405 points.
