Sorry I wanted to simplify my previous question:
I have a renters policy for content coverage for 100K (115K is the extended replacement amount). My contents are at 115K with replacement cost at 85K and that is what I have received thus far payment wise. There are additional items that need claimed so I am wondering if my policy is maxed out since the items claimed totaled 115K but they have not paid out that amount due to rcv? Does that 115K represent what they will pay out or what can be claimed?
I'm stressed and just need clarification. Thank you in advance.
