When I moved my insurance agent switched and I was assigned someone random. They have not been terrible, but things have come up that rubbed me the wrong way. Like being upsold when I have clarifying questions that called in about or even simple things like communication methods; responding to emails with immediate phone calls, not communicating via text when I submit questions, etc. Is there a way to switch agents without causing drama? I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble, just feeling like I might have better luck with the next random person they assign to me.

Login to your account online, not in the app. In the section with your agent’s contact info, there is a link to change agent. Pick whoever you want. It processes automatically within a couple days. No need to talk to anyone.
