Progressive- claims adjuster trainee, Krank claims?

Hello yall, I am in the interviewing process for a claims adjuster trainee position at progressive. I recently received an email invite to schedule a HireVue live interview with “krank claims.” Could anyone fill me in on what or who Krank is? I cannot find anything online about it and it’s driving me mad!
