Hello. In two weeks I’ll be PCS’ing back to the states from Germany.
I have two questions, first one is we have a signed lease for a new house in the states where we will be staying. Is there anyway I can get BAH while en-route going to my new duty station. I’ll be on leave until my report date which is roughly three weeks.
Secondly, with TLE I saw that it is 14 days max and capped at 290 per day, how do I go about claiming TLE I plan on using a bulk of the TLE days due to my HHG not being delivered until a couple weeks after we are there. Do I just put the hotels on my GTC and claim it once I in-process? Or is it something I do before leaving Germany?
