I will make this short because it’s really not complicated. I got in a car accident without insurance. (Thought I had it but it had expired a week before.) It was a small accident of $7000. The insurance company is threatening to sue me and have my license and registration revoked if I don’t pay. How much of this is true and what is the minimum amount they will actually take me to court for?
