I purchased title insurance at the time of getting my house, it was a landlocked parcel with easement through to the road but there was nothing mentioned that a huge factory Chicken farmer shares it and destroyed not only the road but our peace. The easement is 50ft from our home and he keeps us up at all hours, do I have a claim? Had this been known we wouldn't have purchased. I've been trying to contact the lawyer for title insurance but he seems to not have the time so before I blow up I want to know has anyone dealt with this? Am I wasting my time?
