I’m 22 years old working full time and making decent money. Been driving for about three years now, and for that time my cars been on my parents insurance policy. Recently I decided I’d like to get myself a new car and would start paying for my own insurance. My driving record is totally clean, I even paid for a copy from the DMV to confirm this myself. Anyway, I punch all my info into Geicos online quote tool and they spit out a quote for almost $650 a month! I’ve already ordered the car and now just sitting here thinking about how I’m going to afford this lmao. What are my options here? Am I just SOL…?
