Hi everyone,

I have question about what my options are in this case. I was in two accidents in the last two years where I was determined to be 100% not at fault. The first I was parked and someone hit me while I was inside my car, they didn't have a license or insurance of their own. The insurance company deemed I was 0% at fault. Second I was going straight and someone turned left into my path, failing to yield to my right of way in a uncontrolled intersection, and again my insurance company determined me to be 0% at fault.

Now I get a letter say they will not be renewing my insurance this coming year. Now, I am moving away from Canada to Europe so it's not a huge deal right now, but it feels like such a slap in the face. Will this be on my permanent record? What are my options, and how difficult will it be to be insured again?

    Thanks!

Canadian insurance company is going to drop me due to two collisions that were not my fault, do I have any recourse?
